Senior Director - Global Marketing - Hemophilia - Baxter Healthcare - Deerfield


Job description

* Oversee the development of strategy for all current FVIII products to include branding, positioning, price, marketing mix and lifecycle management.

* Differentiate the ADVATE brand in order to drive global growth through leading the branding process, developing/evolving value proposition, developing messaging & communication platform, promotional tool development, competitive strategy.

* Develop scope of work and manage the Global Advertising Agency of Record for ADVATE

* Direct and coordinate all activities of the ADVATE marketing operation in accomplishing Global Hemophilia Franchise strategic and tactical objectives.

* Develop commercialization strategy with the BAX 855 lead (and other key launches)

* Recommends pricing and pricing policy globally

* Develops strong strategic relationships with all cross functional partners including R&D, medical affairs, MORE, business analytics, regional marketing, sales and other key customers.

* Lead, coach and mentor Hemophilia A Marketing team

Desired Skills and Experience
* Minimum 10 to 12 years experience marketing healthcare products. Including at least eight years of management experience.
* Strong global marketing/branding experience and product launch experience
* Excellent business acumen including broad knowledge, perspective and judgment on business decision making
* Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation and collaboration skills
* Requires strong leadership, people management, change management skills as well as excellent critical thinking & project management skills.
* Bachelor's degree in health sciences, business or related field, MBA strongly preferred
