A group company within NTT DATA currently seeks a Principal Client Manager to join our team in New York, NY.

We currently have an opportunity available for a Client Executive (Financial Services) in the IT Consulting Services arena. The Client Executive is accountable for the sub P&L, revenue growth, and client satisfaction of one or more fields of play within a single account. As the chief steward of the account, the Client Executive is responsible for defining and executing the account strategy, defining and executing pursuit strategies, revenue forecasting, achieving all financial targets, service excellence, and overall client satisfaction. The Client Executive oversees the delivery, management and growth of complex, Global, multi-disciplinary solutions. This position requires Global industry focus background, and understanding of diverse solution offerings as well as management of a diverse applications portfolio, leveraging a remote onsite/offshore model that has the ability to interface with executives on multiple levels.


Desired Skills and Experience
Skills Profile:
10+ years Engagement Management experience of large, diverse outsourcing engagements.
7+ years’ experience working in the Financial Services industry with business and IT knowledge
Experience managing a book of business north of $15M
7+ years’ experience in forecasting, invoicing, SOW and/or proposal development and deal/pursuit management.
Strong oral and written communications skills and must possess experience at presenting and leading meetings with senior executives including the C-level suite
Must have a strong background in project estimation, sales support and proposal writing.
Understand diverse business units and develop/drive strategic initiatives, value propositions and compelling proposals.
Develop relationships with senior client executives and leverage those relationships to expand NTT DATA’s business through a consultative selling approach
Drive business development and sales results in assigned account(s)
Build and deliver creative value-added solutions (leveraging internal and external/partner talent where applicable)
Experience selling and delivering solutions-based services (i.e., not just staffing)
Ability to cross-sell IT services
Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to build and motivate distributed and global teams
Lead account planning efforts and develop strategic account plans
Financial management capabilities, including strong forecasting ability
Lead a pursuit team and qualify deals
Accurately complete monthly financial activities such as forecasting, invoicing, revenue recognition, and accounts receivable
