Director - Sales and Business Development - Cordjia Technology Services - Philadelphia


Job description
This is a full time position offering competitive compensation and full benefits, reporting to Senior Management. The responsibilities of the job will include:
Understand our service offerings, capabilities, and aspirations.
Develop a list of targets, devise strategies to gain entry and execute strategies in a systematic and disciplined fashion.
Work closely with practice leaders to vet customer needs and develop/present solutions.
As part of the leadership team, actively contribute to company strategy and to fostering an exciting and inclusive workplace.
Participate actively in marketing activities, including the development and/or review of multi-channel marketing communications.
Develop and maintain mutually beneficial long term relationships with key customers.
Familiarize self with company sales targets (new logos and new services sales) and report progress against goals periodically to the leadership team.
Participate in other company initiatives as required.

Desired Skills and Experience
12+ years experience in business and technology consulting and solution sales, ideally in the Financial Services Industry.
Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with business and technology executives in target market financial institutions.
Familiarity wiht identifying, developing, and closing sales of technology services including application and analytic development and quality assurance; consulting including assessments and technology strategy; and application outsourcing.
Familiarity with different commercial and operational constructs associated wtih consulting and managed services/outsourcing.
Effective communicator, capable of articulating the DecisivEdge suite of services and value proposition to senior executives.
Expertise in market analysis, monitoring competitive activity, account profiling, lead qualification, identifying customer needs, effective content messaging, relationship management, value-based solution sales, contract negotiations, sales forecasting/modeling and win/loss opportunity analysis.
Demonstrated ability to develop and lead the Company's responses to Requests for Proposals.
