Director - Revenue Reimbursement - El Camino Hospital - Mountain View

Job description
Provides for sound financial management and directs staff on timely and accurate accounts receivable reporting, governmental reporting, third party audits, reimbursement modeling, clinical trial analysis, and support for the corporate compliance program and hospital-wide net revenue budget. Operates with autonomy in developing work plans, selecting appropriate analytical staff, and methodologies in making recommendations to Administration and management staff. This position provides collaborative leadership, vision and support to accomplish organizational goals and to maximize reimbursement and develop and maintain effective systems for managing and reporting revenue.

Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in related field (i.e., business, finance, economics, accounting, operation analysis, or health administration). CPA or Master’s Degree is preferred. 10 years’ experience with financial reports and statistical analysis experience with at least five years management experience in healthcare financial analysis and/or reimbursement experience. Working knowledge of PC database software with Access, TSI and toolkit reporting experience preferred. Knowledge of applicable federal and state laws and regulations related to the healthcare industry and financial reporting. Strong experience with MediCare analytics including audits. Epic experience preferred.
