Job description:
Role: TPA Business Development

Demand creation for iGATE through
Inclusion in deals being influenced and advised by TPAs
Creating opportunities for collaboration and expansion with mutual clients
Communicating, Educating & Positioning evolving and current GTM propositions for mutual “Opportunity Creation”

Drive the firms TPA strategy and focus through
Developing, strengthening and expanding relationships with TPA Advisors
Having a pulse on the changing dynamics in this space and redirecting iGATE’s efforts accordingly
Being present, known and influential in the right forums, industry events and conferences

This role calls for close collaboration with iGATE’s Vertical Sales & Domain specialists in communicating and evangelizing iGATE’s proposition to the TPA community and working with the Vertical specialists and the Large Deals pursuit team to take opportunities from inclusion to successful closures.
Desired Skills and Experience
Ideally, the candidate must have:
Credibility and strong relationships with multiple Deal advisors
A good understanding of the kind of deals being done by various advisory firms and their sphere of influence in these deals
A good understanding of changing dynamics in this space
Experience with translating opportunities to inclusions and making successful bids
Strong conceptual and analytical strengths to effectively position iGATE’s messaging in a manner that is easily embraced by various advisors
Good team playing skills
Relevant experience - 10+ years

Goals & Measures:

Goals and measures for this role will be developed with the candidate in the first 30 days and will include mutually agreed:
Outreach & engagement goals and budgets
Pipeline/ Deals acquired goals
Successful conversion goals & investments
Additional requirements:
Must have a Bachelor’s and MBA degree from a reputed university.
Must have a stable career background
Must have a Valid Visa to work in the United States.
