Job description
The Director Business Process, Supply Chain & Logistics provides guidance in the area of supply chain and logistics process and system best practices by collaborating with teams regarding current state and future goals. The position requires evaluation of capabilities and determining areas of opportunity; advising on best practices and global frameworks; supporting process and system implementation to drive capabilities; educating in-country teams on best practices; and supporting teams as questions arise. Industry relevance and research will be key areas of focus.

This role requires collaboration with internal teams (for example, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems Division, in-country leadership, technology teams) to ensure global operational and system needs are met for assigned functional areas by identifying gaps and opportunities. It is essential that this role partners with internal business owners to clarify the supply chain and logistics priorities from the business and articulates requirements to define system needs; utilizing supply chain and logistics subject matter expertise to support the development of process and system requirements.

-Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics
-Develops and executes technical software development strategy for ecommerce applications and systems using current business roadmap
-Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce
-Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals
-Ensures product quality
-Executes engineering projects
-Provides overall direction for Engineering
-Reduces customer impact (for example, sales loss) due to applications systems issues
Desired Skills and Experience
Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
10 years experience in supply chain processes.
5 years experience in the eCommerce industry.
5 years experience working with international markets.
Travels internationally to and from multiple facilities or work-sites requiring extended overnight stays.
