Job description
Position Overview
Deliver analytic insights in support of the Segment Team. This team is focused on building a consumer-centric culture across the organization and developing consumer-based strategies and tactics to help the organziation accelerate growth.

This position will work closely with this team to identify analytical needs, conduct the analyses, integrate them with other research findings and develop recommendations.

We are looking for a dynamic, strategic thinker who can uncover game-changing insights and package and present them in a way that compels the organization to act on them.

Key Accountabilities
Lead key marketing analytic efforts across the segment team and work closely with business partners to develop strategies and tactics based on these analyses. This will include:

· Sub-segmentation analyses
· CRM analysis to identify optimal ways deepen customer relationships
· Customer profiling analyses to better understand behavior and needs
· Influencer research
· Web analytics
· Synthesize analytic studies with primary research studies and provide holistic recommendations

Enhance Analytic Capabilities – Work with the rest of CKSI to continually improve the capabilities of the department.
Desired Skills and Experience
Experience Base
· Analytics – Minimum 8 years analytics experience from a leading client-side company or consulting firm, with an emphasis on rigorous analytical insights and using them to help develop strategies.
· Primary Research – Some experience conducting primary research is also ideal. At a minimum, the candidate must have experience synthesizing analytic insights with primary research.
· Financial Services – Experience within Financial Services would be ideal.
· BA/BS required, advanced degree preferred.

Skill Set
· Expertise with key Analytic techniques -- including sub-segmentation, CRM, Database Analytics, Campaign Analytics, Email Analytics, and Web Analytics. Importantly, the ability to uncover meaningful insights from the analyses.
· Strategic Thinking and Thought Leadership – The ability to take the insights from various pieces of consumer research and weave them together with other internal and external information to develop strategies for the organization that will allow it to achieve aggressive growth targets.
· Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills -- Ability to structure and deliver presentations clearly, crisply, and compellingly. Excellent verbal and written skills with proven ability to champion recommendations and influence decisions at all levels of management.
· Collaboration -- Track record of establishing effective cross-functional partnerships and relationships at all levels in a highly collaborative environment.
· Continual improvement -- Always looking for ways to improve – both individually and organizationally. This individual will need to continuously improve their own functional expertise and the overall performance of the organization.
· Project Management -- Experience defining the scope and issues for analytic initiatives, developing and executing project plans and managing multiple tasks simultaneously, experience leading cross-functional project teams
