Country Manager - Rail, Tram, Metro - Telice - Orange County

The US rail electrification market is expected to grow in the next years which brings foreing companies like Telice the opportunity to bring know-how and expertise to the US market.
We sre currently seeking a Country Manager to help us develop our US Market Entrance Strategy.
As a Country Manager you will be involved in business development, sales, customer & partner relationship management with support from from well known local market consultants and our central HQ in Spain. You are expected to manage projects initially as the company grows and develops it´s local staff.
You will lead the development of a competent and motivated US electrification team with support from central HQs in Spain.
You will take responsability on general magement and legal requirements with support from local consultants, and coordinating effectively with our central HQ.
Desired Skills and Experience
For this role we are looking for qualified C-10 (Electrical Contractor) engineer with some experience working in the field of construction within OHL / Overhead lines, a strong customer service focus, project management and leadership skills. Previous experience in the roles of project and customer management on railway projects is required.
This is a very challenging project suited for an ambitious, self confident and entrepreneurial professional.
