Job Description & Requirements:

The SFDC Principal engages across the FA sales and SFDC delivery organization to lead the Salesforce.com sales and solution activities within the East Region. This individual will achieve success by driving wins and building strong options for additional services and solutions. Key aspects of this role include providing leadership in coordination with delivery management, leading SFDC sales pursuits, client relationship management, provide advice and direction to client on SFDC roadmap and solution direction on a billable basis.

· Act as a strong catalyst to identify and evolve opportunities that showcase Fujitsu America's SFDC consulting capabilities, business solutions, IT services and offerings working with a variety of channels including Salesforce.com Account Executive, Fujitsu CEs and other partners and client contacts.

· Proactively engage with the client, working to raise interest and establish the credibility about the full suite of SFDC solution offerings.

· As a thought leader in SFDC, the Principal provides leadership and innovation to develop the strategy, vision and intellectual capital, assets and approach to drive real results.

· Establish long-term partner relationships with clients. Advise clients on best practices to support business transformation through improvements in processes, technologies, systems and organizational structures.

· Establish and leverage the best practices necessary to address complex business issues related to SFDC.

· Responsible for the overall delivery of projects under your area of responsibility. Provide team oversight while your delivery resources are delivering projects

Knowledge:

· SaaS solutions and implementation such as Salesforce.com, Google, WorkDay

· Exceptional communication skills with executive and C-level constituents; presentation, facilitation, oral, establishing a benchmark for quality deliverables

· Strong analytical skills with ability to learn quickly

· Very polished and comfortable dealing with client CEOs, CIOs, CFOs, business unit heads and other leaders, with exceptional communication skills.

· Able to demonstrate collaborative behavior to engage effectively across all FA business units.
Desired Skills and Experience
Skill and Experience Requirements:
· 10+ years consulting experience
· 3+ years leading SFDC or CRM related activities and consulting engagements years of technical team leadership experience
· 3+ Years Sales or Sales Support Experience in professional services
· Experience with a top tier web software and/or large consulting firm
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or closely related field or equivalent experience
· Willingness to travel 25-50%
· A graduate degree preferred
· Salesforce.com Certification a plus
