The Director of Technical Recruiting will be responsible for building and leading a team of technical recruiters and sourcers to support Pandora’s product organization, which includes the following groups: Design, PM, SW Engineering, Technical Operations and Business Solutions. This position will have full responsibility for the development and delivery of Pandora’s technical recruiting strategy.

Responsibilities:
Contribute to Pandora’s overall recruiting vision, mission and long-term strategy as a member of the recruiting leadership team.
Partner with business leaders, HR and Finance partners to identify gaps and focus on acquiring talent to meet the current and future needs for the product organization.
Build and manage a team of technical recruiting professionals, including both contract and full-time employees. Manage resources to ensure optimal, appropriate coverage during peak as well as slower times.
Develop and implement a talent pipeline strategy. Provide direction and consultation to the executive and senior-level technical managers on strategic and emerging staffing trends
Develop and deliver on-going reports that track results, impact and cost-effectiveness of team. Use the information to detect trends and adjust the strategy to optimize the impact of the team.
Work cross-functionally in HR and the rest of the organization to provide input to other programs for the product organization, including – but not limited to – onboarding, career pathing, rotation, training, etc.
Desired Skills and Experience
Requirements:
12+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years of experience leading high-performing teams within a high-growth environment
Deep understanding of Technology and extensive experience recruiting for technical roles in-house at a technology company
Must be able to effectively hire, lead and manage a team of technical recruiters and sourcers. Support professional growth by providing regular, honest feedback.
Ability to use data and analytics to drive decisions
Strong communication and collaboration skills
