Responsibilities
When you join RBS Citizens Financial Group Inc. as an Architecture Director, you’ll take the lead role in shaping our future IT architecture. It’ll be down to you to lead the development of a business-aligned architecture strategy that will drive all planning and activities and ensure that demand aligns to this strategy. Primary responsibilities include:
Developing and maintaining processes and architectures, to ensure they are aligned with meeting business objectives
Overseeing design activities involving complex IT solutions and integrated architecture
Serving as an advocate for the client and as the ultimate authority on architecture designed to address client issues
Making sure that technology architecture is aligned with the bank’s business goals and objectives
Leading efforts to standardize and consolidate technology across the business
Qualifications
10 or more years of experience shaping IT architecture
A track record of developing and supporting systems, applications and strategies
Experience of developing a business-aligned architecture strategy
Preferred Skills/Experience:
An MS or MBA (or equivalent)
ITIL or Six Sigma knowledge
Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:
A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
Hours and Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
