ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The Director of Organization Effectiveness (OE) is responsible, in partnership with business leaders, HR leaders, and HR Business Partners, to improve leadership and organizational performance, and the capability of the business to achieve our performance and growth goals.

This includes:
Supporting the development and implementation of large-scale organizational transformation of our global services business by developing and implementing appropriate strategies, interventions, and change management solutions
Assessing and enabling culture change that aligns to and drives the growth strategy
Supporting business level and enterprise projects that enhance organizational effectiveness
Creating and delivering customized leadership team development initiatives
Facilitating succession management and talent development initiatives
Coaching business leaders and HR business partners to enhance capabilities and performance

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the development and implementation of large-scale system change initiatives, organization and people strategies, organization redesign transitions and culture change. 
Support strategic planning and its execution including organization design and priorities to support strategy.
Drive alignment between strategy, structure, talent, capabilities, processes, and culture.
Provide OD consulting, interventions, and coaching to leaders and teams in the areas of strategy and goal achievement, change management, leadership development, performance improvement, employee engagement, team development and communication.
Develop and implement M&A integration plans to ensure strategic alignment, workable organization and process design in order to maximize synergy and value from M&A, and minimize avoidable disruption.
Conduct high-level needs analysis to identify and resolve gaps in individual, departmental and organizational capabilities and performance relative to organizational goals in partnership with business leaders/HRBPs.
Design and facilitate team development interventions for intact and cross-functional teams.
Partner with talent COE to create customized learning and development; assist in design, development and delivery of learning solutions as necessary.
Facilitate the talent review process and succession management in partnership with the talent COE.
Facilitate global workforce planning in support of business strategy. Provide leadership in the transition of global headcount footprint.
Provide expert support on employee engagement initiatives.
Build capability of HRBPs in OD/OE through partnering, coaching or leading Business Unit level initiatives as required.
Create strong business partnerships with leadership, human resource function, OE colleagues to build a community of practice around Organization and Leadership Effectiveness.
Facilitate consistency, collaboration and communication of best practices across the business.
Develop metrics and reporting to track and measure results.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Expertise in organizational development
Solid background in Leadership development, talent management and succession planning
Excellent business acumen
Track record in driving a major organization transformation, ideally in services
Global experience and mindset, with particular emphasis on Asia
Proven skills in strategic and systems thinking, influencing and process consultation, project management, problem solving and conflict resolution, communication and listening, facilitation and presentation, and coaching
Extensive OD 'toolkit' of practical tools for organization, team, and individual level interventions
Good collaboration across boundaries
Executive presence with the ability to effectively influence and drive change across all levels in the organization
Results driven, hands on approach
M&A integration experience
Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Master's degree in human resource related field, (e.g. Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Leadership Training, or related discipline)
10 years of experience in organizational development and training, organizational behavior, management/leadership development or related disciplines
