Job Description
Azure Summit Technology is currently seeking a Director of Systems Engineering. The selected candidate will be responsible for executing research and development of complex SIGINT and EW systems. Duties involve all aspects of systems engineering, including requirements analysis and specification, design trade studies, system design, implementation and integration, performance analysis, and field testing. The selected candidate will also be responsible for leading and providing technical guidance and programmatic oversight of the System Engineering group's activities and deliverables and will support business development.
Desired Skills & Experience
Basic Requirements
- US Citizenship
- BS degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years experience as an electrical or systems engineer in the areas of signal processing, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Electronic Warfare (EW), beamforming, algorithm development, and/or modeling and simulation, including work in Matlab, and/or Python
- Minimum 5 years management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- TS/SCI clearance
- MS degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent
- Prior experience leading a systems engineering group
