Director of Sales Operations Guardian Analytics - Mountain View


Job Description
• Manage all aspects of Salesforce including develop and ensure compliance and best practices
• Develop and implement processes and procedures for Sales and Finance operations 
• Develop, manage and coordinate all aspects of training for sales team on CRM and Database applications
• Provide ongoing analytics to VP of Sales, Finance and CEO
• Work closely with VP of Sales on the development, execution and administration of sales comp plans including commission payouts, cross territory splits, etc.
• Analysis of territory composition and planning
• Analysis and reporting of sales metrics including close rates and ramp-up rates
• Analysis and management of weekly forecast reports
 
Desired Skills & Experience
• BA/MA degree in Business, Finance or related field
• 7+ years experience in Sales Operations with track record of outstanding performance and increased responsibilities 
• Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement sales processes, procedures and policies
• Must be a Salesforce power user
• Extremely detail oriented with strong analytical skills 
• Ability to work in a fast paced startup environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels, and work with highly confidential and sensitive information
