POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Business Leader of Revenue Operations will be responsible for defining the global framework of the revenue operations functions including:
Define and develop a global framework for revenue policy, process, validation and reporting.
Develop and implement a plan that ensures global operating procedures are in place to support the key revenue initiatives.
Manage the revenue operations functions and validate the controls over the revenue process.
Collaborate across a broad range of business and IT to develop comprehensive and concise business requirements to help drive system solutions and implementation of global revenue systems
Develop risk assessment and implement recommendations regarding business process optimization, internal control and compliance.
Requires the ability to proactively react to changing business needs and assess/implement the impact of these changes to systems, processes, and external/internal customers both domestically and abroad
Understand high-level corporate revenue initiatives and make tactical decisions to implement those initiatives.
Asses the tax, accounting, legal and regulatory implications of such decisions to ensure all issues are considered and addressed
Partner with Finance Internal Controls to define and develop controls within financial processes.
Communicate at all levels of management and be able to articulate ideas and propositions clearly
Provide recommendation to management based on best practices and experience working in a global and diverse environment.
Drive efficiency and effectiveness by streamlining, standardizing, centralizing and automating processes and reporting requirements.
Manage cross-functional groups and provide guidance, assess resource capabilities and drive results in a matrixed organization.
Analyze or provide guidance to staff to identify and resolve billing/production issues.

Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree / MBA preferred.
At least 12 years experience in Finance operations and Accounting required. Experience with a Big 4 public accounting firm preferred.
Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills, with ability to be objective in all situations and analyses.
Extensive policy, process, and compliance expertise in large, multi-national, publicly-traded corporations. Revenue accounting experience is required.
Demonstrated capability to think globally / strategically, turn information into insights, and drive results
Requires strong leadership, change management and organizational skills
Demonstrated a sustained ability to help management make strategic resource allocation decisions and effectively capture critical performance indicators.
Experience in implementing rigorous, enterprise-wide Finance policies and processes
Strong interpersonal skills
Work collaboratively with others to structure, implement and assess the operational impact of new transactions
Ability to work with cross functional teams, manage tasks simultaneously
Ability to think strategically and support business objectives while effectively managing risk/reward trade-offs
Excellent business ethics
Strong systems knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
