Mobility Partner SAP - Chicago


Job Description

***Qualified canidaes should be located in the Central region of the U.S.
The COE Mobility Partner (MP) is SAP America’s Mobility domain expert (including
marketplace/competitors/product), thought leader and spokesperson for a designated solution
segment / vertical( i.e extended SCM,CRM,HCM,ERP, Consumer Products, Utilities ) primarily
responsible for the development and deployment of overall Mobility business development
strategy and cross-regional best practices in the identification, development, and execution of
targeted sales opportunities.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
# Establish overall Solution pipeline build strategy – program support (w/ Field Marketing),
monitoring, and reporting
# Support regional industry & solution demand generation programs
# Drive customer / prospect Events
# Own & drive solution campaigns
# Drive net new opportunities (based on initial plan, whitespace, etc)
# Change the game ( serve as a competitive differentiator) in strategic deals through
solution differentiation and thought leadership
# Provide executive sponsorship and sales support for key strategic accounts
# Leverage the SAP ecosystem & C-level relationships to accelerate deals
# Develop & institutionalize best practices across regions
# Enable regions with tools & templates
# Client Partner Enablement
# Enablement/Scale/Voice to SAP ecosystem for Solution (SI, ISV, 3rd Party Solution
Providers
# Define Thought Leadership program for North America (Analyst relations, PR, Executive
Councils, Executive events, FKOM, Sapphire, ASUG, Insider, white papers/articles)
# Support new Benchmarking programs; Position and nominate Benchmarking to existing
customers & prospects
# Create GTM plans by Solutions (Industries, markets, pipeline strategy at COE level)
# Solution Portfolio Mgmt (Identify and support creation of business case with BTS, VE,
ITTS, CDP)
# Collaborate with Sales COE for Roll-In, Roll-Out, solution content in business scenarios
& demos
# Single point of contact for SAP Consulting (Briefcase sales kits)

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Bachelor’s degree with minimum 12 years of professional experience with a demonstrated
knowledge/expertise of at least one industry/solution segment with a minimum of 3-5 years of
SAP product application/implementation experience
Desired Skills & Experience

Specific areas of specialization: 12-15 years of professional experience ; demonstrated
knowledge/expertise of at least one industry/solution segment
# 6-8 Years of Mobility experience with 3-5 years of SAP product application experience
# 8-10 years customer facing experience
# Management consulting experience a plus
# Alignment of business strategy and IT portfolio
# Domain expert in Enterprise Mobility
# Good understanding of SAP deployment strategies and TCO
# Deep understanding of SAP Ecosystem (SAP Internal, Partner, Customer)
# C-Level value based selling and positioning experience
# Executive workshops design and facilitation
