Bring your expertise in risk management to the following role:
Lead The Regence Group's ability to achieve Enterprise Objectives through application of a consistent process for identifying, assessing and responding to Enterprise Risks
Combine your degree and operations experience with the following skills and abilities:
Bachelor's degree in a field related to Business, Finance, Information Technology, Risk Management or equivalent education and experience
10 years experience in a health care related field with emphasis in areas such as operations, provider, health care services, finance, audit, or risk management
Broad networking experience in business, professional or community organizations is desirable
Customer and stakeholder relationship management experience
Experience in facilitating work groups and building consensus
Strong leadership team and interpersonal skills
Strong analytic and creative problems solving
Facilitation, training and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving, decision -making and negotiation skills
Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills
