National Sales Director American Golf Corporation - Los Angeles


Job Description

Manages, coaches, and trains catering sales team in order to increase revenue through selling catering at golf courses.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Manages sales team within assigned region including recruiting and final selection of team members
Conducts product and pricing reviews with individual properties to identify opportunities for revisions and enhancements
Responsible for developing and implementing lead generation and marketing strategies at a national, regional and course level
Utilize company measurement system to effectively manage performance and react accordingly
Responsible for communication of performance on a national, regional and individual course basis through conference calls and sales meetings
Provides sales training to regional team, operations team and sales team
Manages implementation and execution of all company sales initiatives

Additional Responsibilities

Manages 3 to 5 direct reports
Directs the selection, planning and work assignments, and evaluation of all employees with sales responsibilities in assigned region
Other duties may be assigned by management.
