Position Overview
The Vulnerability Management System (VMS) supports many of the requirements that have been established, however, engineers have determined that the current application architecture does not scale appropriately to support the enterprise and it is not architected in a way to support policy directives relating to Net Centric operations.
To address the operational and performance gaps, the VMS platform must be reengineered to support net centric operations, as a scalable, web service-based application. VMS currently consists of several primary modules: Vulnerability Content Maintenance, Organization Maintenance, Compliance Finding Management, and Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) & Directive Compliance Notification and Reporting. The SCM PMO has determined that the most efficient and least costly means to deliver an operational platform is to extract current VMS functionality into stand alone applications for Vulnerability Content Maintenance and IAVM/Directive Reporting. As such, Digital Policy Management Solution (DPMS) will support the Vulnerability Content Maintenance functions and Continuous Monitoring and Risk Scoring (CMRS) will support the IAVM/Directive Compliance Reporting functions.
This position provides technical experience and expertise for application development support to our client DISA Field Security Operation (FSO). This candidate will be a member of approximately a 20 person team that develops and maintains a mission critical applications to support DoD and specifically DISA IA security initiatives worldwide. In addition, a DoD Security Clearance of Secret (minimum) with a Single Scope Background investigation is required. This position is required to be onsite at the FSO Chambersburg, Pa. office or in the DC Metropolitan Area. Only exceptional candidates would be considered to work from Herndon area location.

REQUIREMENTS SKILLS:
3-5 + years of experience
3-5 + years of experience
Web Services, SOA, ETL, interface development, MS integration/BizTalk, Oracle integration/Fusion, Google search. Agile/SCRUM project experience (.Net, C#, Oracle, SQLServer, COTS/GOTS). Secret clearance with possible acquisition of TS clearance. IA experience preferred.
