Customer Service Director WellnessFX - Mission District, San Francisco
Job Description
Engage WellnessFX members and assist them in their wellness journey. Construct the function that serves as the primary liaison to build relationships and solve problems.
Responsibilities
Manage member on-boarding, scheduling and issue resolution
Establish right-sized processes for scaling and company growth
Liaise with members and practitioners directly to resolve questions and issues
Manage concierge supplement purchasing
Interface with product management with respect to new features and customer feedback
Survey and select appropriate outsourced partnerships as necessary for scaling
Design appropriate tracking metrics for internal review
Author and edit SOPs, ensure training and appropriate change control procedures
Desired Skills & Experience

Ability to deliver impact to our internal and external customers
Ability to manage concurrent projects in a fast-paced environmentExcellent oral and written communications skills
Must be detail-oriented with strong problem solving and negotiating skills
Nurse Practitioner / Dietician / Retail experience a huge plus
