Description:
Candidate will responsible to manage complex Engineering Hardware and Software programs from inception all the way through delivery and end-of-life. They will follow a well defined internal process for managing the programs at various stages of execution. At any given point of time, the candidate is expected to manage multiple programs in different stages. Candidate will be expected to report the program status to the executive management on a periodic basis and also interface with the engineering, operations, sales and customer support teams for accomplishing their objectives. Candidate will be responsible for following and helping to improve the program management process
Requirements:
Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Should have managed Engineering program schedules involving Software and Hardware
Experience in managing Networking related programs is a plus
Should be well versed with various productivity tools such as MS Powerpoint, Excel, Sharepoint, etc.
Required to have good inter-personal skills and ability to work with a variety of functional areas in the company
Must have good analytical skills and a knack to spot dependencies, issues in managing complex program schedules
A prior engineering background will be a definite plus
Knowledge/experience of ISO will be an added plus
Must have 5-10 years of relevant experience
Engineering degree is desired, although relevant experience will be more valuable
