Director Omni Channel Operations Michael Kors New York

Working on the E-Commerce team, this role will be responsible for the execution of the Michael Kors Global Omnichannel Experience. The role will work across the organization, merging the needs of our customers, our stores, and ecommerce to drive amazing customer experiences and increased sales. Additionally, this position will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and communicating all omnichannel metrics and SLAs.Given the highly cross functional nature of this role, this individual must possess strong entrepreneurial and collaboration skills to drive success throughout the organization.
This role reports to the VP, Global E-Commerce Operations.

• Project execution of the Michael Kors omnichannel experience and infrastructure
• Communication ownership with all stakeholders and project participants
• Developing procedures and process to deliver world-class customer experiences
• Day to day coordination of vendor, agency, and cross-functional relationships
• Driving sales, margin, and inventory optimization across the organization via omnichannel initiatives
• Executing continual innovation and growth
• Reporting and analyzing business impact

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of Ecommerce experience
• 1-3 years of Store Operations experience
• Extremely detailed oriented
• Highly engaged in the retail, digital and ecommerce spaces
• Creative and proactive communication / presentation skills
• Desire to uncover new retail technology opportunities
• Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask effectively
• Thrive in a fast paced on-time deliverable environment
• Strong insightful analytical skills and good business acumen
• Bachelor's Degree required
