REQUIREMENTS
B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent
8+ years of experience in the software industry, including significant time as an individual contributor
4+ years experience building and managing engineering teams
Experience managing teams working on large-scale SaaS products
Strong knowledge of the following technologies: Java/Scala and Play Framework, the AWS stack, Elasticsearch, Unix-based systems, Redis, Postgres, and RabbitMQ
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Passion for learning and always improving yourself and the teams around you
NICE-TO-HAVES
Experience in the email marketing and/or marketing automation industries
Open source software contributions
Demonstrated thought-leadership through conference talks, blog posts, etc.
