LogiGear has an immediate opening for an Account Director for our Software Testing & Test Automation division. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated senior sales professional. You will be responsible for the development of new business with an emphasis on developing and growing large accounts. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years’ experience in enterprise software outsourcing services and enterprise software sales, preferably with successful track record in selling outsourced software testing and/or software development services, and with software testing tools or with other software lifecycle products.
Initiates and execute action plans to penetrate new markets.
Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
Work with other Account Executives and Delivery Managers to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Account Executive’s sales and activity performance.
Provides timely feedback to regarding sales performance.
Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all customer proposals submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
Must be an excellent communicator and able to create and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees particularly with the members of revenue team.
Position Requirements:
10+ years of experience in sales/clients development and acquisition.
Experience with enterprise software testing solutions and large, complex organizations.
Experience software testing best practices and tools, and/or software development practices
Experience with DevOps is a plus
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
A bachelor degree, preferably in computer science or technical fields; MBA is a plus
