Account Directors manage all aspects of our client’s business while leading an internal Intouch team across outputs ensuring strategic alignment and flawless delivery. They are entrusted with every facet of sustained business health and growth, working in the day to day with their team on multichannel marketing campaigns that deliver unquestionable business results.
Provides clients with research, metrics and strategic insights to develop and present effective solutions while developing deep category & therapeutic knowledge
Ultimately accountable to the senior level client, provides advice and maintains relationships addressing concerns or needs and develops additional opportunities.
Oversees and leads the development of the entire campaign across multiple, integrated project plans.
Oversees delivery and financial impact on budget, target goals and objectives with the client.
Has a proven track record developing and leading both strategic-level and tactical-level plan deliverables with internal and client teams alike
Researches, develops and collaborates with other Account Directors, Intouch departments and agency partners to continuously develop the integrated solutions offered by Intouch.
What are we looking for?
Bachelors degree required; Business, Marketing, Journalism, Communications
Approx. 8-12 years of related experience: client service, agency, and pharmaceutical experience preferred
Demonstrated expertise in digital, media, technology, marketing and advertising
Proven results with managing teams from creative concept to delivery with extra focus on establishing relationships with project management.
Proven leadership and mentoring skills (guiding a large team and multiple clients); Responsible for account staff team development
Demonstrated track record sustaining and growing business through establishing strong client relations
Proven ability to manage cross functional teams across the organization
Demonstrated strategic acumen coupled with a sound business-minded approach.
Proven negotiation skills
Creative thinker and creative problem-solver
Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels and functions internally and externally with clients and especially agency partners
Strong and applied understanding of digital development and processes
Strong written, presentation and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Travel required
