Senior Director Sales Operations Lifion ADP New York

LIFION is hiring a Senior Director, Sales Operations. Responsible for leading, directing and supporting the sales operations efforts for the LIFION Sales Enablement Organization. In conjunction with DVP Sales, implements and executes the best practices and standard operating procedures. Participates in senior management decision-making process, as required, concerning sales issues and procedures. Acts as a Sales advocate by balancing sales’ needs while managing reasonable expectations from an operations perspective. Serves as a liaison between Operations, Sales, and Sales Training for all process changes and improvements. Participates in marketing efforts and coordinates internal and cross-business unit sales contests. Leads by example; coaching, promoting, encouraging and mentoring the sales organization towards high performance. May supervise team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead efforts to create sales playbook, including heavy influence on sales process, strategy and execution.
Create and execute plan for field communications.
Acts as liaison between LIFION sales organization and ADP Worldwide Sales Operations organization to create training, messaging, and other assets as needed.
Works closely with product marketing to create messaging, collateral, and other assets.
Influence product team on product direction, functional requirements, roadmap, and overall product scope and fit.
Develop process for current ADP client analysis/fit, and work with MAS and NAS operational leaders to train client success organization.
Develop tools and technology to improve sales automation.
Create pipeline reporting and analytics to assess sales pipeline and results.
Works closely with business consultant to manage and update product demonstration tool.
Serves as an escalation point for the resolution of process and/or system issues.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Education: BA/BS degree, advanced degree desirable.

Experience: 8+ years’ direct sales and sales management experience, including 12-18 months Sales Operations experience.

Proven proficiency in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving problems of all levels of complexity, prioritizing critical client issues and identifying department needs.
Excellent oral and communication and presentation skills required.
Must possess the ability to conceptualize and sell ideas internally.
Innovation and the ability to gain consensus is necessary.
Negotiation skills are essential.
Must be a strong team player as well as an individual contributor.
Good analytical skills.
Ability to identify, diagnose and resolve issues affecting sales operations.
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
Ability to coordinate the work of others to accomplish general objectives.
Ability to manage both time and conflict resolution
