Leads the Coca-Cola System's Sparkling and Sport's Drink Categories with Dollar General. Partners with customer leadership to identify strategic, mutually beneficial short-term and long-term growth opportunities for Dollar General and the Coca-Cola System. Management responsibility for driving growth of the SSD and Sport's Drink Categories at Dollar General while leading cross functional partners and System Bottlers to deliver the business plan.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities
Leads multi-year strategic plan development and execution through the Collaborative Business Planning Process
Provides system leadership and contributes to channel vision
Create, sell and deliver annual business plan this includes total HQ and Division responsibility.
Build and develop capability for Team members
Leads the entire cross functional team to deliver overall goals and objectives.
Facilitates collaborative partnership with Coca-Cola Bottling Ownerships to align to a joint business plan that deliver against goals driving profitable revenue growth faster than the customer, category, and competition.
Inspires and develops the team with the destination to become customer's “Most Valued Supplier”.
Participates in Community and Ambassador Events aligned with customer and the Coca-Cola system to drive mutual value.
Drives organizational alignment and commitment against Company vision, strategy and priorities
Manage and/or drive customer relationship towards “Alliance” Level
Expert understanding of our system economic and value chain model to deliver a favorable financial sales strategy through the utilization of Revenue Growth Management capabilities
Strong ability to utilize and lead cross functional partners to advance our position with Dollar General
Assists the Field leadership team to support the execution of make plan initiatives
Education Requirements:
Minimum Required: BS/BA (or equivalent)
Preferred Level: MS/MA/MBA (or equivalent)
Related Work Experience:
Minimum Required:
5-7 years progressive customer management and sales leadership experience (including people leadership experience)
Preferred Level:
8-10 years progressive customer management and sales leadership experience (including people leadership experience)

Solutions Based Selling (CFV) - The ability to understand customer needs/strategies, shopper needs, and System needs/strategies to develop solutions for your customer that advance our commercial priorities and revenue growth

Revenue Growth Management - Ability to understand and leverage the entire matrix of revenue drivers to ensure sustainable profitable growth
Franchise Leadership - Leads the US bottling system to most effectively partner with customers to accelerate revenue and profit growth for all stakeholders
