The Vice President Cluster North EMEA reports to the SVP HR Services, is a member of the HR Services global management team and leads activities in Sweden, Germany and Belgium. This job combines the roles of leading the HR Shared Service Center in Sweden and leading Cluster North EMEA.
We are looking for a quality oriented, business focused, trustworthy individual with the ability to lead and drive the deliveries of HR services to our internal users and partners. Lead the development of the HR Service Center in Sweden, Belgium, Germany with a focus on delivery quality, efficiency, employee engagement, business partnership and user satisfaction
Lead and directly manage the HR Service Center in Sweden in order to deliver to agreed targets
Drive HR Services projects and initiatives aligned to Volvo Group’s HR strategy
Ensure that the HR Service Center has close and effective cooperation with HR Business Partners and the Country Center of Expertise
Cultivate and drive a lean culture
Be an active member of HR Country Committee Sweden
Who are you?
We believe that you are a successful global leader of leaders with the ability to plan, establish and deliver on ambitious targets. You have excellent communication and change management skills and are experienced in building effective global organizations with engaged local teams. You are business focused with skills in relationship building and proactive engagement with stakeholders and have experience in the management of a shared services operation using lean methods and tools. You are also a team player who effectively contributes in HR Services global leadership team.
You hold a University degree within relevant area and as we are a truly global and diverse company, most of your meetings and emails will be in English, hence you need to be fluent in both speaking and writing in English.
