The Senior Director, Pfizer Essential Health (PEH) Communications – Research & Development is responsible for developing and executing an integrated, proactive internal and external communications plan to support Pfizer Essential Health’s dedicated R&D organization, a key driver of growth and innovation within the Essential Health business.

The Senior Director will partner closely with the PEH R&D Global President to create a plan that supports R&D work in PEH’s growth portfolios (Anti-Infectives, Biosimilars, Sterile Injectables, and Global Brands), builds a strong culture within the PEH R&D organization, and drives Pfizer and the Essential Health organization’s external reputation. Serving as a strategic communications advisor to the PEH R&D Leadership Team, this person will help advance the leadership profile of the PEH R&D organization and achieve its objectives within the context of Essential Health’s overall strategic evolution and growth.
The Senior Director will report to the Vice President, PEH Communications, and will be a member of the PEH Communications Leadership Team, working closely with PEH Communications team members to help drive the group’s culture and strategy.
