The primary responsibilities of this role, Director Integrated Multi-Channel Marketing Oncology Pipeline, are to:
Drive digital health leadership through partnership with the Oncology Brand Core Team (BCT) /Brand Strategic Team (BST) /Brand Launch Team (BLT) to meet business priorities and objectives through the use of cutting edge multi-channel and digital campaigns, focusing on customer engagement and business impact;
Support innovative digital projects, proactively identifies and integrates actionable digital insights in support of Oncology Strategic Business Unit (OSBU) priorities across the portfolio of brands;
Develop integrated multi-channel campaigns in line with the defined brand strategy;
Lead the channel selection, customer campaign activation and measurement / optimization based on business objectives;
Lead new digital business development, identifying and piloting innovative digital business opportunities. Lead concept and business plan creation, with focus on developing new sources of revenue within Oncology;
Direct other Integrated Multi-Channel Marketing (IMCM) functions (e.g. IMCM Center of Excellence, Advanced Analytics, etc…) to focus on business, customer and market needs;
Partner with Must-Win Markets and Regional IMCM teams, supporting functions (e.g. IT, Medical, Legal, etc…), and agencies;
Share best practices and transfer knowledge, leveraging experience and expertise across Bayer and from globally leading brands across industries inside and outside of Pharma.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) with a minimum of 12 years work experience with five years of that experience within digital and/or multi-channel planning and execution across all channels;
Prior experience working within a brand at a global / country-level;
Experience in digital / transformational change initiatives;
Proven Leadership experience in matrix organization;
Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with top management and diverse cross-functional and cross-country teams;
International work experience and intercultural approach;
An inspired and open-minded character with an attitude of self-creation, self-reflection and self-correction.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior Oncology experience.
