As the Director of Industry Solutions for the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) business unit, you’ll lead a team of industry thought leaders who develop and deliver innovative perspectives on how LinkedIn is transforming the way companies market and sell. In the process, you’ll lead research initiatives, develop industry specific go to market strategies and the associated programs required to bring those strategies to fruition. You’ll also partner closely with LinkedIn’s LMS sales leaders to equip the field with the knowledge and tools they need to successfully grow LinkedIn’s marketing footprint within enterprise accounts.
Set industry specific go-to-market strategy for the LMS business in conjunction with LMS sales leadership. Lead cross-functional teams that span MarCom, Brand and Product Marketing in order to execute strategy
Oversee the development of industry specific thought leadership and leverage that thought leadership while leading sales calls, seminars and keynote addresses
Lead development and delivery of Account Based Marketing (ABM) programs for LMS’ top enterprise accounts
Lead primary research initiatives to support sales pursuits, partnering with LinkedIn’s Market Research group and third party agencies
Oversee LMS’ Industry specific sales and marketing events as well as engagement in third party events
Basic Qualifications:
12+ years of marketing experience with focus on GTM strategy, original content development, industry research and public speaking
4+ years of domain expertise in at least one of the following industries: Education, Tech, Financial Services, Business Services
8+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives
5+ years of experience as a direct manager
Preferred Qualifications:
Published industry specific research and commentary
Direct relationships with industry luminaries and participation in influential industry groups
Involvement in the organization and execution of industry specific events
