Together with the Ireland Management Team to develop an ambition, strategy and business plan for the evolution of the individual business unit Services Businesses into a combined cohesive single Field Services business for Schneider Electric in Ireland.
Directly responsible for developing the combined Field Services business of Buildings, Energy, ITB and Industry in Ireland which and with an ambition to grow by 20% per annum in the next 3 years
On behalf of the Ireland Management Team be responsible for executing this plan.
Field Services may not have direct management responsibility for all functional areas but must ensure the proper interaction to deliver best in class Customer Satisfaction.
Where other business unit’s activity is not included immediately, this position is still responsible for the development of a “One Schneider” Service Offer and capabilities in targeted segments / accounts.
Generate a 3 year ambition, strategy and operational business plan with measurable KPI’s
Lead the transformation of the existing Schneider Electric Business Unit (BU) Services organizations into one combined Ireland Field Services organization, in conjunction with all major stakeholders.
Ensure Buildings, Energy, ITB and Industry businesses in Ireland deliver against their 2018-2021 Service business plans
Drive the creation of the Field Services offer roadmap for the country, identifying critical capability that is needed to support the business moving forward (e.g. multi-business unit / multi-vendor offers / new offers).
• Work with the regional and global BU teams to ensure alignment on strategy, priorities and offers.
• Drive the evolution of the Field Services IT platform and tools to support new offers, drive efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Responsible for delivery against all customer satisfaction metrics for the services business in the region, ensuring a high and sustainable level of customer service is attained
• Drive a clear and measurable “Safety culture” within the services business and a plan to reduce safety incidents

About you:
Mandatory Requirements:
• Strong background in a Services business capacity: sales, consulting & engineering, managed services, business development, operations, strategy, offer creation and development, different business models.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, specifically within the Services P&L domain, including levers that drive the success of the P&L
• Strong experience in strategy development and implementation of such, ideally in both a startup and existing environment
• Proven experience in leading and executing large and complex business transformations to position the organization for future success
• Experience working in a heavily matrixed environment with proven ability to influence and convince at a senior management level
• Excellent customer engagement experience with the ability to translate customer needs into solution offers
• Good understanding of the applicable geographical and end-user markets.
• Flexible for frequent travels, primarily within Ireland and UK
• Fluent in English
Optional Requirements
• Knowledge of the applicable technology (electrical distribution, BMS, automation) and or application domains (Life Sciences & Pharma, Data Centers, Water Treatment Plants, Managed Services, Hospitals etc.)
• Higher level degree (Masters, MBA, PhD) in engineering, finance, business administration an advantage
