We are looking for an enthusiast Digital Art Director with excellent creative skills and 2+ years of experience in visual design roles.
In team with UX, content and developer professionals he/she will be responsible for creating and evolving hi-quality experiences for our customers. As a Digital Art Director he/she will drive the visual evolution of our digital properties included website and apps adding real value to the interfaces. He/she will be also involved on a different range of marketing and brand projects.
The candidate must have the following core skills and knowledge:
Creative and full of new ideas and concepts
Strong visual design and typography skills
Ability to develop design systems considering cross channel experience and maintaining simplicity
Understanding of brand positioning principles in order to drive layouts consistent with the brand identity
Draw up appealing, detailed and accurate works and layouts
Excellent use of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Knowledge of User Centered Design methodologies
Basic CSS and HTML understanding
Interest in hand illustration and photography is a plus
Must have professional qualifications
To be successful the candidate must also demonstrate to have:
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with continuous changing requirements
Ability to find out innovative design solutions in team in order to improve the customer experience and the added value
Ability to find out andunderstand new design trends and patterns
Ability to show a strong creative portfolio
