Managing Director MOL Group Budapest

Takes responsibility for the operation and development of Human Resources activities transferred to the Budapest SSC according to the agreed service level and in compliance with the relevant standards and legal constraints of the Company. Identifies and implements continuous process and performance improvements of the HR SSC.
Takes responsibility for all activities and overall performance of the HR SSC (70 colleagues) in the areas but not limited to:

· Maintain Master Data, documentary management and keeping data safety and quality;

· Manage Organization Structure in SAP; Administer Workforce;

· Ensure providing HR partner support services, training & development administration, International mobility support, Wage accounting, HR compensation related administration, Supporting Employee Performance Management.

· Manage Reporting;

· Delivers the HR Process work in line with Service Level Agreements as well as for (internal) client satisfaction;

· Monitors and reports on SSC HR results on a regular basis;

· Takes corrective actions if necessary in order to ensure high quality services;

· Leads and introduces process development, improvement and implementation measures:

· Drives the identification of process optimization and rationalization opportunities for already existing processes;

· Identifies new service opportunities to offer to Company in line with the overall goals and objectives of the SSC; continuously benchmark the SSC to the external market.

· Leads and monitors relationships with other SSCs of MOL in order to strengthen SSC HR position within Company;

Requirements

· University or college degree preferably in Human Resources Management or related

· Relevant work experience of at least 10 years, partly gained at a SSC in people leadership role managing people leaders

· Strong process and operations management expertise

· Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP

· Fluent English and Hungarian language knowledge, Slovak language knowledge is an advantage

· Strong competences in the following skills: change Leadership, communicator & team player, people and operation management, focused, precise

· Previous HR SSC experience and strong process expertise in human capital management is a definite advantage
