The OSG Money Movement Manager/Director is responsible and accountable for ensuring general compliance to applicable regulations, maintaining and auditing money movement control functions, monitor risk reports, and auditing transactions. The Manager/Director is responsible for creating an engaged work environment for a team of 10-15 associates while managing operational service levels, productivity, quality standards, associate performance, minimizing risk and driving process improvement initiatives.
College degree and a minimum 7 plus years of management experience in financial operations
Proven track record in high volume, high pace data centric processing environment
NASD Licenses 7 and 24 (or 9/10)
The Purpose of Your Role
The OSG Operations Manager/Director will facilitate regular team meetings, coach and develop associates, and deliver performance appraisals. They will be responsible for managing risk and providing process oversight. This individual will also manage operational performance, staffing levels and balance functional workloads. Additional duties include managing projects and participation in key organizational initiatives. Individual is expected to be key contributor to a positive workplace environment and have a strong commitment to teamwork and shared success. They are expected to own their personal development plan and acquire additional skills that ensure continued growth in and effective contribution to the organization.
