Relationship Management Director Airlines Worldpay Singapore

You will be taking responsibility for driving the commercial agenda for your portfolio, and manage, coach and mentor 3-4 Relationship Managers. You will set out the strategy within the vertical of Airlines and devise an appropriate plan of action to engage with our customers in this vertical. You will provide hands-on support to your team, enthuse and motivate them to to improve the relationship management capability. You will help them with developing their overall customer relationships and driving portfolio growth to full potential gross profit across entire team.
In this position you will drive best practice sharing and vertical knowledge within the Relationship Management Team. Performance meetings, regular one-2-ones, developing sales forecasts and understanding merchants at risk are all part of your managerial responsibilities. You will have frequent contact with internal stakeholders at leadership level to support the success of your team.
In this role you will also actively develop long-term partnerships with senior customer contacts and build a deep understanding of their business including their broader 2-3 year business agendas. You will also drive overall relationship health, developing cross-sell opportunities, and propel customer advocacy.

What will make you the ideal candidate?
You will have managed relationship management teams before or you are a successful senior Relationship Manager looking to advance your career into a leadership position. Ideally you will have worked within payments or similar industries such as software solutions or technology. It would be beneficial if you’ve worked within the Airlines space in APAC before. You have a proven track record of driving growth and exceeding sales targets.
