We are looking for a creative, bold, inclusive and empathetic leader with a passion for inspiring and developing a team of recruiting professionals to lead our Recruiting Team in EMEA. This will require an operationally minded player/coach who applies strategic and program management discipline to infuse creative ideas. We need someone who has demonstrated success in leading and nurturing a distributed team of 150+ recruiting professionals working across university, experienced, executive, programs and diversity channels to drive operational excellence and unparalleled results. This full-time position would preferably be based in our EMEA headquarters in Dublin.
Each day you will… Articulate, own and lead a comprehensive vision and strategy for the EMEA Facebook Recruiting Team in alignment with the global recruiting strategy. You would work with our global functional Recruiting Directors to drive regional execution of our strategy
Finding the world’s best and diverse talent in every industry, those who share our passion to empower people and grow community across the globe
Use our multiple processes and programs to find creative ways to source, brand, attract and engage a diverse pipeline of candidates
Create a signature high touch candidate experience and journey through our process
Ensure that all of our recruiting teams work in a sharing and collaborative environment To drive these strategic recruiting pillars, you will be responsible for leading the EMEA team to drive impact by:
Looking for opportunities to grow and scale the team in skill and expertise. Inspire, grow and nurture the team including performance management, coaching and recognition
Drive operational excellence to support our rapid growth through the use of data, analytics and insights. Maintain our high levels of service through SLAs and key metrics. Execute on key programs and initiatives. Lead the team who manages all internal transfers across the region.
Collaborate across all other FB recruiting teams. Operating as “one team” is both an expectation and a priority
Innovate recruiting programs and initiatives such as talent market intelligence and insights, branding, events, candidate experience and employee referral programs. At Facebook, we constantly search for new ways to recruit and challenge ourselves to iterate our processes.
Minimum Qualifications
A genuine belief in the social benefits of the Internet and Facebook in particular
Minimum of 15 years recruitment leadership experience, from strategy through to operational execution, within a medium to large, rapid-growth environment
Effective at partnering with team and clients at all levels, including founders and top management
Experience working and partnering cross-functionally and cross-markets to drive impressive results
Ability to translate data and analysis into strategic recruitment recommendations and follow through with metric-driven execution, leading others to do the same
Solid understanding of HR related regulations and compliance procedures to compliment the recruiting process
Proven track record in growing, motivating and managing medium to large sized co-located and virtual recruitment functions
