The Transformation Director role presents the ideal candidate with an opportunity to act as a change agent and utilize their extensive background in shared services operations, continuous process improvement, technology, and services delivery to develop a world-class Shared Services Organization. This position will join forces with internal teams to transform and improve manual, high-touch ‘back-office’ processes into low-effort, high-value customer experiences. Partner with business owners and internal stakeholders to identify roles and functions required to build out Global Finance Shared Services
Collaborate with key stakeholders on other critical business process related initiatives (i.e. ERP and other systems implementations)
Act as change agent and culture carrier in transitioning to a service delivery model that is focused on the customer experience and ease of effort
Design and Implement cross-functional quality program that includes documentation of standardized process maps and desk procedures
Develop strategies and design improvements using professional business process methodologies and tools to standardize and improve overall business process (i.e. Six Sigma, TQM, etc.)
Work with Global Process Owners to design and implement key measures and SLA reporting across all shared services towers
Identify and implement reporting & analytics best practices including cross functional and departmental dashboards
Assist in the development of change management and communication plan throughout the transformation to shared services
Facilitate and project manage continuous improvement initiatives including root cause analysis and the recommendation and implementation of solutions/mistake-proofing
Identify opportunities for shared services to be utilized in other areas of the company
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years related professional experience
Bachelor’s Finance, Accounting, or related field
Professional Business Certification Preferred, e.g. Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP
Experience in Finance & Accounting Shared Services including P2P, R2R,
Exceptional project management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
A self-starter who can prioritize, work in a fast-paced, and dynamic tech environment
A team player who can join forces across all departments and with all levels
Flexibility to work extended hours when needed
Ability to think strategically yet perform detailed tasks when necessary
Ability to meet assigned deadlines
Ability to thrive in a high volume, fast paced environment
