Purpose
Lead the IT Competence Center HR within Global IT delivering a best in class SAP HR solution to the adidas Group that supports all HR Standard Processes. Deliver customer oriented IT support and services together with our offshore partners, contractors and consultants.
Key Accountabilities
Lead the formal development and maintenance of a comprehensive HR system strategy in accordance and alignment with the business requirements Ensure stability and consistency of the existing solutions on a global level
Authorities
Develop and execute IT Strategy for responsible area in accordance with overall adidas IT strategy Full IT budget responsibility for cost center Provide IT consultancy services to business Execute Governance role Provide own IT team with clear direction, projects and targets that are aligned with business needs and Global IT objectives. Ensure x-functional alignment with other departments and markets Ensure successful delivery of complex projects in scope, time, budget and towards customer requirements and satisfaction Point of escalations for support areas
Knowledge, Capabilities and Experience
Strong background in computer usage and database concepts English language skills at a high level Strong verbal and written communication skills Very good numerical and analytical skills Solid IT background in Applications and Technology Profound knowledge of the SAP HCM Application Proven program and change management experience including the ability to work independently across organizations and business functions to integrate and deliver strategic direction Excellent communication, leadership and influencing skills essential Ability to articulate complex technical related aspects in a straight forward and simple way
Qualifications
University degree in business or computer science Minimum 7 years of experience within international IT environments or as a IT Consultant with a proven Project Lead track record Minimum 5 years’ experience in personnel management International experience a positive factor Language skills: fluent in English, spoken and written
