We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Director of Support Services for LinkedIn Marketing Solutions. Working within our Global Customer Operations team, this results-driven executive will be instrumental in the design, development and execution of our end to end support experience, seeking every opportunity to drive incremental value. You will work globally with our sales partners, partner teams and other functions across customer operations to help drive prioritization and alignment for people, processes and system improvements to enable the support organization to continue to scale. You will be a key stakeholder in strategic discussions that helps our business and our customers continue to be more productive and successful.
Responsibilities:

Manage and direct a global organization and team of Sr. Managers, Managers, and individual contributors
Drive day to day and long term strategy for the organization and our customers
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, identify gaps, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and drive effective decision-making and prioritization leveraging data
Be highly relationship and operationally focused and index on obtaining measurable improvement results that enables effective organizational growth in an optimized way.
Provide mentorship, coaching, and develop direct reports in line with LinkedIn’s cultures and values
Partner, coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including internal business customers and non-GCO groups.
Partner with business leaders and key stakeholders and collaborate with the team to prioritize initiative and roadmap plans to align with business goals on a repeated quarterly basis
Drive efficiencies through the use of existing or new technology and streamlined processes.
Manage, motivate and inspire a global high performing team. Be directly involved with the mentoring and development of the team which includes recruiting, nurture and retain best-in-class talent.
Provide thought leadership, coaching, conducting one-on-ones and performance appraisals
Build consensus while dealing with ambiguity; Inspire and motivate employees on a daily basis and bring innovation to the sales and support process to help accelerate growth trajectory
Own and maintain a clear roadmap for the team and all solutions that they provide
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years experience managing/leading global teams and resources
Preferred Qualifications:

8+ years relevant work experience with marketing solutions and online advertising business
Strong collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills - writes, speaks and presents information effectively with demonstrated ability to influence and build strong stakeholder relationships
Excellent analytical, problem solving, organizational and project management skills
Experience driving efficiencies and implementing change
Experience working closely with sales leadership
Demonstrated customer centric approach to building enterprise solutions
Strategic and critical thinking ability - understands the business, anticipates and develops business priorities for future action. Gains alignment around priorities while framing the big picture
Operational and delivery focused, capable of operating many different teams and programs of varying levels of complexity on a global scale
Manages change effectively - recognizes the need for change and works to move people, processes and systems towards the new direction across organizational and geographical lines
Results and execution driven with affinity for near term action and alignment to long term strategy
Managing Systems and Processes - effectively uses systems and processes to measure, monitor or impact performance in a scalable way
Planning, organization and coordination skills - efficiently develops and implements plans to accomplish goals and can articulate the state of the union on a regular cadence to key stakeholders
Expert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Master's degree a plus
