Who you are…
In this role, you will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will be an adaptable and collaborative member of the team who leads digital and social thinking and plays an active role in the development of skills within the agency.
You will be able to flex with the demands of the role; from coaching colleagues with basic digital and social tasks and 101s, to developing and presenting digital and social strategies to senior clients and executives in the next.
You will develop data driven strategies for our clients covering channels and content and work with creatives and client teams to maximise audience engagement and realise business outcomes for our clients.
You bring a mature approach to integrated marketing and work across channels to influence audiences in a way that is commercially and reputationally impactful.
You are constantly curious and invest the time to develop your own knowledge and capabilities in the fast-moving digital space.

Here’s the expertise you have, that we’ll build on:
A thought leader who consults to clients on digital and social strategy
A strategist who can transform a client brief into a clear and actionable plan
Broad and deep understanding of all major social and digital marketing channels
A data driven approach for planning, optimisation and measurement of campaigns
A track record of successful content strategy development and creative production
Experience in planning and management of paid campaigns: social, display, native media
Understanding of web analytics, keyword planning and search marketing
Solid understanding of integrated marketing principles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Efficient at multitasking and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Able to provide exceptional support and oversee projects through to completion
Sound time management skills and can manage several projects/tasks at one time
A high level of attention to detail, with a focus on delivering outstanding results
Experience in developing good professional relationships
Proficient with a range of digital tools and platforms including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Social Listening (Crimson Hexagon or similar), social management (HubSpot, Spinklr or similar)
