Use your operations and business expertise to drive financial performance – bookings, revenue, and profit. Manage and execute the development of strategic and operating plans and budgets.
Maximize the talents of your team through supervision of HDR employees in UAE and Saudi Arabia
Build staff capabilities through recruitment, mentoring, performance appraisal, development and training.
Leverage your strategic mind by aiding with development of department/business group initiatives, client relationship development, key hires, investments and strategies for growth, and maximum profitability.
Routinely monitor ongoing progress of business strategies and re-direct as necessary.
Enhance and grow the HDR brand through marketing initiatives to assure HDR is being viewed by existing and prospective clients as a premier full-service consultant of choice.
Continue the growth of HDR’s civic involvement through community involvement and outreach programs.
You may serve as a Project Principal on significant projects which require your vigilant leadership skills.
Serve as an advocate to maximize company resources internationally and between other existing HDR companies.
