Sales Director ION And FN Nokia Gurgaon

Role Description
Contribute in the preparation of the overall account strategy across Bharti India and Africa for ION and FN.
Lead the preparation and execution of, the account plan. Execute the business development activities for business growth with Bharti.
Interface with the stake holders across the customer organization to manage the ongoing ION and FN business opportunities
Works with the customer and internal stakeholders to develop specific sales opportunities for ION and FN related business.
Develop long term and sustainable sales funnel in the respective domain
Contract negotiation, definition of Customer prices.
Internal stakeholder alignment for specific qualified opportunities. Relationship management and co-ordinate Service delivery, acceptance and cash-in.
Lead a multi-dimensioned matrixed organization to drive organizational objectives

Qualifications
Requirements
Good understanding of Nokia’s ION portfolio
Good understanding of the global and India market specially around Transport
Relationships within Bharti’s SCM and Technology team
V. good understanding of Carrier and Enterprise business in Bharti
Min. 15-20 years; sales/account management experience in Telecom out of which minimum 3 years in Airtel account with strong relationship at working level in technical and SCM team.
Pleasing personality with effective communication skills.
