The role:
•Promote the FCG both internally and externally to ensure adoption of the FCG within Capital Markets and Advisory &Transaction Services and eventually other areas of CBRE to meet the above mentioned financial goals.
•Create financial models for the Office, Industrial, Retail and Occupier sectors using a variety of decision making metrics to assist clients in making real estate occupancy decisions. These metrics will include pre- and after-tax cash flows, IFRIS (GAAP) profit and loss impact, and earnings per share impact, on both a gross and discounted basis.
The skills and experience required to be successful:
•Extensive experience with ARGUS DCF and/or ARGUS Asset Management financial modelling software for all types of commercial real estate.
•Intermediate to advanced Excel experience with formula auditing, VBA macros, template building, and Pivot Tables.
•Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Access.
•Expert level analytical and quantitative skills with ability and knowledge to review complex financial reports and to make recommendations to clients and sales professionals.
•Ability to think strategically and to synthesise both business and financial information into a well thought out recommendation to achieve stated objectives.
•An experienced leader who can demonstrate commitment, integrity and respect both internally and externally with clients.
