We’re looking for a high caliber individual who has strong “Digital DNA” to lead the Digital Sales for IBM India/South Asia region.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for Digital sales and revenue achievements for IBM India/South Asia markets.
Identify new business opportunities, develop digital sales solutions, and assist IBM in winning the business.
General management expertise - lead and give functional guidance to the sales team, own and drive sales, manage budgets, business controls and overall talent.
Lead the team of digital development sales representatives across India/South Asia for driving expansion of the Digital Platform (Marketing, Digital Sales, Channels) and opportunity identification.
Drive performance across the spectrum of digital sales, transform as necessary from a sales support and managed digital sales force perspective.
15-20 yrs experience in creating sales strategies, with the last 5 yrs specializing in digital sales domain, possessing capabilities to develop solutions in order to position IBM’s value proposition to clients through the digital sales channel.
Excellent client interaction and relationship building skills with ability to work with client’s executive level of management.
In-depth understanding and ability to articulate the digital marketing industry, innovations, technology and competition.
Last 10-15 yrs of solid and consistent sales quota over-achievement in highly competitive and dynamic markets
Experience in using pipeline management tools for forecasting, planning and management
Organized, analytical, customer-centric, familiarity with selling thru digital platform
Motivated self-starter, requiring little direction and thrives working in a fast paced environment
Skilled at negotiating long term deals with senior management and C-level executives
Excellent coaching, employee engagement and people leadership skills to motivate and inspire the team to achieve to their full potential (~150).
Relevant experience in traditional & online advertising and their related technologies, systems and procedures
