The Director, Executive Recruiting will be based out of our corporate headquarters in San Jose, CA. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Americas Talent Acquisition, this role will provide strategic talent acquisition direction and execution expertise to the Flex Executive Leadership teams. The position will play a significant role in sourcing, attracting and hiring top executive level talent to meet Flex’s hiring needs today and in the future - people who represent our values and bring a richness of skills, talents and diverse backgrounds.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:
Partner with Talent Acquisition COE, HR Business Partners and business leaders to develop comprehensive executive level workforce plans using knowledge of market trends to provide value-added perspective on how best to source and attract talent
Develop and drive talent sourcing and acquisition strategies to ensure high-performing and diverse talent pools
Lead executive search activities, including direct sourcing of executives, management of executive search firm relationships and recruiting execution
Partner with talent management on succession planning, pipeline development, talent brokerage and internal mobility
Ensure smooth, professional recruiting processes with candidates and hiring executives from search initiation through onboarding
Partner in development, presentation, negotiation, and closing of executive-level compensation packages
Develop and communicate outcomes-based performance metrics to business
Leverage depth of experience in recruiting to provide thought leadership across the full recruitment cycle
Here is some of what you’ll need (required):
Senior recruitment experience with demonstrated success in developing, driving and executing talent sourcing and acquisition strategies using innovative and cost-effective recruiting methods including direct sourcing
Previous experience recruiting VP+ level positions and working closely with C-Level executives
Retained executive search and corporate executive recruiting experience
Superior collaboration skills, with the ability to work and influence in a global matrixed organization
Attention to detail, with an understanding of OFCCP and EEO standards
A quick study, intellectually curious, strives to understand client business and translate into resource needs; continually looks for ways to improve our practices to ensure we are getting to and hiring the best talent.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering acquisition services with excellence. Able to triage and sort through competing demands
