We are looking with Industry expert with 15+ of experience in Business Strategy and consulting experience in Customer Experience Management area.
Develops, presents and sells software and application solutions which deliver business impact to the customer that best align with and leverage the customer existing applications environment
Understanding of different CRM solutions and Competitive solution offering is desirable.
Fully accountable for specific revenue target (quota) and sales growth for contact center business in India
proactively identifies and qualifies opportunities to build and manage a pipeline.
Maintains and penetrates current customer base, along with identifying and converting prospective customers.
Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company while partnering with peer Account Managers and Business Partners.
Requires mature solution selling approach with an established sales record including software/services sales experience.
Knowledge and/or experience in a specific market segment or vertical a strong plus
