Exe Director HR Aftermarket SOS Services EMEA Camso Luxembourg

Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer functionally & to the Global VP&GM of Aftermarket-SOS division, the person is a member of the HR leadership team and acts as a global strategic Business Partner to the Aftermarket and Solideal On Site Service (SOS) Division teams.
As such the person develops and implements the HR strategies of the global division and plays a critical advisor role on people and organizational alignments and effectiveness. He or she help the organization create a strong culture of performance and lead and develop a strong HR organization for the division to support the business strategy.
Additionally she/he will build and deliver our HR services model in EMEA to support the various Camso Businesses in the region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Play a critical advisor role to leaders across the Aftermarket/SOS organization on how to best align available talent to the business needs, current and future.
Be an active participant on the HR Leadership team in establishing and executing Camso strategy.
Build strategies regarding sales, learning and compensation for the Aftermarket/SOS Business.
Steward and enhance our culture and values as a key strength for Camso.
Oversee, support and develop and engage regional HR Directors and teams.
Help the organization establish and maintain high levels of employee engagement and commitment·
Manage complex employee relations matters, driving favorable resolutions
Ensure legal compliance
Lead implementation of the talent management strategies including recruitment, employee development, employee retention and performance management for the businesses under his / her responsibility.
Advise the right leadership teams are in place with the right skills for the supported Businesses Partner with COES and other stakeholders to design and deliver HR Service delivery for all Camso Businesses in the EMEA region.
Be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function in the region.
Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or equivalent;
Work experience as Senior Executive in Human Resources and as a member of a Leadership Team;
Experience in managing staff and supporting Businesses in a global and multicultural environment;
High degree of business acumen.
Capacity to influence change by leveraging strong working relationships built on trust;
Proven ability to understand present and future operational requirements and identify the associated human resource requirements;
Strong business and finance acumen;
Capacity to drive execution;
Managerial courage;
Self-sufficient and demonstrates a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
Travel 25%-50% of time out of the office.
