As one of three CEOs of Orphoz, you are responsible for further building the company in the field of health care. The healthcare and public sectors are managed by the colleagues. The operational management and the strategic expansion of the Healthcare / Hospitals business area are yours. To this extent, this position is mainly concerned with assuming responsibility for the structure, strategy and ultimately the success of Orphoz.
They will assume their own consulting mandates at a top-level level with strategically important customers. The focus of this role is on the further development of business at national and international level and the expansion of the client base. They will take care of the personnel structure and the further development of the advisory team as well as take responsibility for their utilization. The further development of Orphoz's consulting portfolio and the degree of recognition and the sharpening of the profile inside and outside are also part of your task.

QUALIFICATIONS
