Director Sales Plethora San Francisco

Plethora is in search of a Director of Sales. Reporting to the Head of Finance and Operations, the Director of Sales will be responsible for managing sales for Plethora in the United States. Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Develop and implement plans and forecasts for the sales, customer success, and customer service teams
Partner with production and refine the order intake process to ensure proper delivery
Coordinate and align strategic marketing plan and sales strategy with marketing
Plan, prepare, and execute high impact and consultative sales meetings
Maximize revenue growth within existing accounts/territory
Contribute strategically to the growth and direction of Plethora's products and services
Represent Plethora at industry events and conferences
Develop and roll out sales incentive plans
Execute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Qualifications

5+ years experience selling SAAS or manufacturing
Familiarity with CNC milling machines
Strong track record of consistently achieving quota
A commitment to providing positive customer service and following-through to close deals and build relationships
Proficiency with Salesforce.com and Google Docs
BA/BS preferred
Nice-to-haves
